I am happily married and a mother of two young boys. I have always had a passion for pregnancy, birth, and babies; especially babies with special needs. I am originally from New Jersey, but have been working with families in New Mexico for over 10 years. My background is in early childhood. I have my BA in Special Education and a Master’s Degree in Education. I have worked as a Developmental Specialist, doing home visits with families of children with special needs under 3 years of age. I have also had the opportunity to be the director of an Early Head Start and another non-profit childcare program while in NM.

I am excited to continue my professional journey as a postpartum doula.  Combining my experience and love of working with infants and their families, my knowledge of child development, as well as, my experience as a breastfeeding mother, will allow me to provide the best services possible to you and your family during this important postpartum time. I look forward to hearing your unique birth story!
