Travel Fees

Each provider has different abilities and preferences for travel, but in general, our team travels to meet our clients wherever they choose. Within a 25 mile radius from your provider's office or home, there is no additional fee for travel.

After that limit, we will quote you the following fees per round trip which you can approve before being charged, so we encourage you to plan your care with your providers in advance of beginning your care.

$15 per visit that is 25-40 mile distance from provider's home/work (50-80 mile round trip)
$30 per visit that is 41-65 mile distance from provider's home/work (82-130 mile round trip)
$45 per visit that is 66-80 mile distance from provider's home/work (132-160 mile round trip)

One way to mitigate fees is to meet in a neutral location within a 25 mile radius from your providers' home/work, wherever possible or preferred. Reach out to us with any questions you may have!
